1. How Access Works
1.1 The Two-Phase Access Model
When you enroll, your access is structured in two phases:

1.2 Why This Model?
For You: Evaluate our teaching without full commitment. Make an informed decision before diving deep.
For Us: Ensures committed learners in the cohort. Prevents "consume and refund" situations.
2. The 7-Day Refund Window
2.1 During Days 1-7

2.2 Refund Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your request is made within 7 calendar days from enrollment date
- You have NOT requested early Course content access (see Section 3)
2.3 How to Request a Refund

- Include: Your registered email, Order/Transaction ID, Date of enrollment
No questions asked. No justification required.
2.4 Refund Processing

Refunds are processed to the original payment method used during enrollment.
Payment gateway charges are absorbed by us and will not be deducted from your refund.
3. Early Course Access (Forfeit Refund)
3.1 What If You Want Course Content Before Day 8?
If you are confident about continuing and want immediate access to Course content, you may request Early Course Access.
3.2 How to Request
Email with Subject: "Early Course Access Request - [Your Name]" and include this statement:
"I, [Your Full Name], confirm that I want to access the full Course content before the 7-day evaluation period ends. I understand and accept that by making this request, I am forfeiting my refund eligibility. I am committed to completing this Course."
3.3 This Is Irreversible
Once you request Early Course Access:
- β You cannot request a refund
- β You cannot reverse this decision
- β You get immediate full access
4. After Day 7 β No Refunds
After the 7-day evaluation period ends, refunds are NOT available.
On Day 8, your full Course content is automatically unlocked. You are considered a fully committed learner.
Why No Refunds After Day 7?
- You had 7 days to evaluate the Kickstart content
- You had opportunity to attend live sessions and ask questions
- You chose to continue by not requesting a refund
- Digital content delivery cannot be "returned"
5. Exceptional Circumstances
We may consider exceptions for:

Important: Exceptions are NOT guaranteed. Each case is reviewed individually. Our decision is final.

6. Situations Where Refunds Are NOT Available
- Any request made after Day 7 (without exceptional circumstances)
- If you requested and received Early Course Access
- Account sharing or credential sharing violations
- Downloading or distributing Course content
- If you previously received a refund for the same Course
7. Cohort Transfers (Alternative to Refund)
If circumstances change and you cannot participate in your current cohort, you may request a Cohort Transfer:
- Available within the first 4 weeks of enrollment
- One transfer per enrollment
- Must be used within 6 months
- No additional cost (same level only)
