1. Introduction

Welcome to TechVoyageHub™ ("we," "us," "our," or "TVH"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our website at learn.techvoyagehub.in and all related services, courses, content, and community features (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Platform.

2. Definitions

"Content" means all videos, documents, code, templates, frameworks, methodologies, and other educational materials provided through the Platform.
"Course" means any structured learning program offered by TechVoyageHub, including but not limited to L1 SkillLaunch, L2 SkillElevate, and L3 MasteryX.
"Learner" or "You" means any individual who registers for and/or accesses our Courses or Platform.
"PractaThon™" means our proprietary hands-on learning methodology involving missions, evidence packs, and evaluation.
"TechVoyageUp™" means our learner community and tribe membership program.

3. Eligibility

To use our Platform and enroll in our Courses, you must:

3.1. Be at least 18 years of age or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction.

3.2. Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

3.3. Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

3.4. Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws.

4. Account Registration

4.1. Account Creation: To access our Courses, you must create an account with a valid email address and secure password.

4.2. Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.

4.3. One Account Per Person: Each account is for a single individual. Sharing account credentials or allowing multiple people to access a single account is prohibited.

4.4. Accurate Information: You agree to provide and maintain accurate, current, and complete account information.

5. Courses and Enrollment

5.1. Course Access: Upon successful payment and enrollment, you will receive access to your purchased Course as described in our Course Access Terms.

5.2. Course Delivery: Courses are delivered through our Platform and may include video content, written materials, live sessions, community access, and PractaThon™ missions.

5.3. Course Schedule: For cohort-based programs, you agree to follow the published schedule. Live sessions occur at scheduled times; recordings will be made available.

5.4. Prerequisites: Some Courses may have prerequisites. You are responsible for ensuring you meet any stated prerequisites before enrollment.

5.5. No Guarantee of Outcomes: While we design our Courses to help you develop skills and advance your career, we do not guarantee specific outcomes such as job placement, salary increases, or certification.

6. Payment Terms

6.1. Pricing: All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

6.2. Payment Methods: We accept payments through our payment gateway partners (Razorpay and other authorized providers).

6.3. Payment Confirmation: Your enrollment is confirmed only upon successful payment. You will receive a confirmation email with access instructions.

6.4. Price Changes: We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes will not affect already-purchased enrollments.

7. Refund Policy

Please refer to our separate Refund Policy document for detailed information about refunds, cancellations, and money-back guarantees.

Summary: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee from the date of enrollment for new learners, subject to the conditions stated in our Refund Policy.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1. Our Intellectual Property: All Content, including but not limited to videos, documents, code, frameworks, methodologies, trademarks (TechVoyageHub™, RAGBEE™, PractaThon™, TechVoyageUp™), and other materials are owned by or licensed to TechVoyageHub and are protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2. Limited License: Upon enrollment, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Course Content for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes only.

8.3. Restrictions: You may NOT:

Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content
Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the Content
Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Content
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Use the Content for commercial purposes or to train others
Record, download, or capture Content beyond what is explicitly permitted
Use automated tools to access or scrape the Content

8.4. Your Content: You retain ownership of any original work you create as part of PractaThon™ missions. However, by submitting work for evaluation, you grant us a non-exclusive license to review, evaluate, and provide feedback on your submissions.

8.5. Testimonials: If you provide a testimonial, you grant us permission to use it for marketing purposes with your name and likeness, unless you specify otherwise in writing.

9. Code of Conduct

As a member of our learning community, you agree to:

9.1. Respect: Treat instructors, staff, and fellow learners with respect and professionalism.

9.2. Integrity: Complete all work honestly. Plagiarism, cheating, or misrepresenting your work is prohibited.

9.3. Appropriate Conduct: Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or any form of abusive behavior.

9.4. Confidentiality: Respect the privacy of fellow learners and do not share their personal information without consent.

9.5. Compliance: Follow all community guidelines and instructor directions.

Violations may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of your account without refund.

10. Live Sessions and Community

10.1. Live Sessions: Live sessions may be recorded for the benefit of all enrolled learners. By participating, you consent to being recorded.

10.2. Community Participation: Access to our community (TechVoyageUp™) is a privilege. We reserve the right to remove any member who violates our Code of Conduct.

10.3. No Professional Advice: Content shared in live sessions and community discussions is for educational purposes only and does not constitute professional, legal, or financial advice.

11. Disclaimers

11.1. "As Is" Basis: The Platform and Content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

11.2. No Guarantee: We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11.3. Educational Content: Our Content is for educational purposes only. We do not guarantee specific career outcomes, salary changes, or job placements.

11.4. Third-Party Services: Our Platform may integrate with third-party services. We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of such services.

12. Limitation of Liability

12.1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, TechVoyageHub, its owner, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform or Content.

12.2. Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Course giving rise to the claim.

12.3. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of liability, so some of the above limitations may not apply to you.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless TechVoyageHub, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from:

Your use of the Platform
Your violation of these Terms
Your violation of any third-party rights
Any content you submit or share through the Platform

14. Termination

14.1. By You: You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at . Termination does not entitle you to a refund except as provided in our Refund Policy.

14.2. By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other reason at our discretion.

14.3. Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your right to access the Platform and Content ceases immediately. Sections 8, 11, 12, 13, and 15 survive termination.

15. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

15.1. Governing Law: These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.2. Jurisdiction: Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Chittoor, Andhra Pradesh, India.

15.3. Informal Resolution: Before filing any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at to attempt informal resolution for at least 30 days.

16. Changes to Terms

16.1. We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

16.2. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

16.3. Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. General Provisions

17.1. Entire Agreement: These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Course Access Terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and TechVoyageHub.

17.2. Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in effect.

17.3. Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

17.4. Assignment: You may not assign or transfer your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
